We are Carl-Henrik and Carl Gustaf Forssbeck, the brothers behind the well-known Bores concept, which we created as a tribute to our grandfather of the same name. Now we continue our journey by opening Ruths Ölhus in honor of our beloved grandmother Ruth.

Our vision for Ruth's Beer House

Ruths Ölhus will be a place that reflects our grandmother’s solid, warm and welcoming nature. A place for community, well-cooked food and toasting glasses. Together with beer connoisseur Dan Eriksson, we will run this beer house at Mimerporten in Västerås.
